摘要
用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分析子宫肌瘤和卵巢肿瘤患者血液中乙二醛酶(GLO I)的表型分布,计算各自的基因频率。结果表明,在31例子宫肌瘤和36例卵巢肿瘤患者中,GLO I^1的基因频率分别为0.4890,0.4167均显著高于广州地区正常人群(p<0.01)。提示GLO I_(1-1)表型分布与这两种疾病有一定关联。
An analysis of the phenotypic distribution of GLO I in the blood of the patients with ovarian neoplasms and uterine fibroid by agarose gel elcctrophorcsis was carried out. The result showed that the gene frequencies of GLO- I in 31 patients with uterine fibroid and 36 with ovarian neoplasms were 0.4890 and 0.4167 respectively and much higher than that of GLO I in the normal hcalty crowd in Guangzhou area(P<0.01). It is suggestedtha the phenotypic distribution of GLO I 1-1 in the human blood has a certain relation to the two kinds of diseases.
