摘要
社会老龄化的急剧发展 ,给社会带来巨大压力 ,医院也面临着社会老龄化的严峻挑战。从 2 4,85 4例出院病人调查分析结果显示 :6 0岁以上者达 2 4.47% ,老年病人住院时间长 ,医疗费用大 ,对医院、护理要求高 ,治愈率低 ,死亡率高。针对这种情况 ,医院应从思想、设施、医疗、护理、康复、社会心理和社会服务等多方面采取措施 。
The development of social ageing brought heavy pressure to the society and made hospitals face severe challenge. We surveyed the 24,854 in-patients. The results showed that the proportion of 60 years old and above was 24.47%. For the elderly, days' stay in hospital was long, medical expenditure was high, the cure rate was low and the mortality was high. They had high requirement for medical care and nursing. The hospitals should take some measures from multi-aspects, such as thought, facilities, medical care, nursing, rehabilitation, social psychology and social service to adapt requirement of development of social ageing.
