摘要
本文简要分析了上海自由贸易试验区的金融创新。通过对照当前人民币资本账户开放和人民币国际化现状,分析了自贸区金融创新可能给它们带来的积极变化。文章探讨了自贸区金融创新的收益与成本,并对自贸区的未来发展提出几点建议。
This paper analyzes financial innovations in shanghai FTZ and the possible positive changes to RMB capital ＆ financial account liberalization and RMB internationalization. We also discusses benefits and costs of financial innovations, and proposes some suggestions for the future developments in shanghai FTZ.
