摘要
随着城市的快速发展,许多城市想通过一条或几条轨道交通线路解决城市内的各种交通需求,故在线网规划阶段就将线路设计为超长线路,超长线路不仅会增加项目的建设成本,而且会对运营组织、服务效率、运营效益等带来较大影响,合理制定超长线路的分期建设及运营方案可以减少其带来的诸多弊端。超长轨道交通线路分期建设方案应以城市总体规划为依据,结合解决现状交通问题、引导城市发展、完善轨道交通网络、车辆段及停车场规划用地布局等因素进行统筹分析论证后确定。超长轨道交通线路运营方案的确定应以客流预测结果为基础,分析线路两端客流量及出行特征,综合考虑列车满载率、能耗、运营成本等因素。
With the rapid development of city, many cities want to solve all kinds of traffic problems merely by one or several rail transit lines. Thus, early in their network planning phase, some rail transit lines have been designed in the form of super long one, which will not only raise the project cost, but also considerably affect the operation organization, service efficiency and operational benefits. Nevertheless, a reasonable arrangement of staged construction scheme and operation scheme for a super long line can reduce those disadvantages. For this purpose, the paper suggests that: (a) The staged construction scheme of super-long rail transit line should be based on overall urban planning, and should not be determined until a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on relevant factors have been completed such as how to solve the existing traffic problems, how to guide urban development, how to improve rail transit network, and how to perfect the land-use layout planning of rolling stock depots and parking lots. (b) The operation scheme of super-long rail transit line should be based on passenger traffic volume forecast results, and can be determined only after analyzing the passenger traffic volume and travel characteristics at both ends of the line; and relevant factors such as the train full-load rate, energy consumption, operation cost and so on should be taken into account comprehensively.
