摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者生活质量及术后并发症的影响。方法选择92例前列腺增生行TURP手术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组予以围手术期常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上予以综合护理干预。观察两组患者术后的生活质量及并发症情况。结果实验组患者术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿时间、住院时间及术后并发症出现情况均少于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后QOL评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且实验组患者改善的幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理干预治疗前列腺增生行TURP手术患者能有效提高手术治疗效果,减少手术并发症出现,有效改善患者术后生活质量。
Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on life quality and postoperative complication of patients treated by transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. Methods Ninety-two case of patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland, who would be treated with TURP operation, were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The patients in control group were given routine nursing in perioperative period,while the patients in experimental group were additionally give comprehensive nursing intervention. The life quality and compli- cation of patients in two groups were observed after treatment. Results The bladder irrigation time, indwelling catheter time, length of stay （LOS） and postoperative complication of patients in experimental group were much shorter or bet- ter than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The QOL scores of patients in two group after medical treatment were greatly improved than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the improvement rate in experimental group was much better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to treat patient with hy- perplasia of prostate gland, who would be treated with TURP operation, can improve the curative effect of the opera- tion, reduce the complication in the operation and enhance the life quality of patients after the operation.
