摘要
介绍了工程量清单计价规范的发展历程,在调研当地工程量清单运行状况的基础上,主要剖析了现阶段该规范在实际运行中存在的问题,并提出了一定的改进建议,促使工程量清单计价规范得到进一步的完善。
This paper introduced the development process of engineering quantity list valuation specification, based on research on the operation status of local engineering quantity list, mainly analyzed the existing problems of this specification in actual operation, and put forward some im- provement suggestions, made the engineering quantity list valuation specification to be further improved.
