摘要
结合黑龙江煤炭城市用地发展的实际,采用现场调研和文献收集等方法,剖析了煤炭城市用地的优势和劣势,提出了黑龙江煤炭城市用地调整的三种模式,即用地空间布局模式、城市塌陷区用地控制模式、煤炭城市用地协调模式,得出煤炭城市用地调整的规划对策,初步构建了黑龙江煤炭城市用地生态调整战略的框架。
Combining with land development reality of Heilongjiang the coal city, adopting methods of the site investigation, the literature collection, this paper analyzes the coal city land advantage and disadvantage, and put forward three land readjustment mode in Heilongjiang coal city, namely the land spatial layout model, coal city subsided land control model, its land coordination model, obtain planning countermeasures of coal city of land readjustment. Preliminarily establishes coal city land ecological adjustment strategic framework in Heilongjiang.
