摘要
控制管理技术落后的变/配电站已经成为制约智能电网快速发展的瓶颈之一,建设一个智能变/配电站辅助专家控制系统迫在眉睫。本文主要介绍了当前变/配电站设备运行过程中遇到的问题、建立智能变/配电站辅助专家控制系统的必要性、辅助专家控制系统的构成及意义等。
Transformer and distribute power substation which uses backward control and management technology have became a bottleneck restricting the rapid development of grid. Building a smart substation control system becomes more urgent. The paper introduces the problems in the process of substation equipment operation, the necessity of building auxiliary expert control system for intelligent substations and the system＇s constitute and the significance.
