摘要
目的 筛选化疗药物，提高肿瘤化学治疗的预见性。方法采用ＭＴＴ法检测３５例手术切除的消化道恶性肿瘤组织对几种常用化疗药物的敏感性，根据其结果选择化疗药物，指导临床化疗，并与经验化疗组进行比较。结果 ＭＴＴ指导组总有效率为７７．１％，经验化疗组总有效率４２．２％，两组比较。差异有非常显著意义（ Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论 ＭＴＴ体外药敏试验指导恶性肿瘤化疗方法可行，疗效满意。
Objective To select chemiotheraputic drugs in order to raise the predictability of neoplasm chemiotherapy. Methods By MTT colorimetry the malignant neoplasm tissues separated from 35 cases of the patients were tested for their sensitivities to a few common chemiotheraputic drugs, then the results were used to direct the clinical chemiotherapy. Results The total efficacy rate was 77.1 percent in MTT guided group, while it was 42.2 percent in the experiential therapy group. with a marked significant difference between them (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion The chemiotherapy for malignant neoplasms guided by MTT drug sensitivity in vitro was applicable, and the curative effects were satisfactory.
