摘要
目的观察显微外科手术及康复治疗坐骨神经损伤的效果。方法本组 22例，在伤后 2 h～ 8个月后分别行神经吻合术和神经松解术，术后予以康复治疗。结果随访 3个月～ 5年，优 10例 (45.45％ )；良 5例 (22.72％ )；可 6例 (27.27％ )；差 1例 (4.54％ )。结论坐骨神经损伤后尽早行显微外科手术及康复治疗，疗效满意。
Objective To analyse the therapeutic effect of microsurgical treatment and rehabilitation treatment on hucklebone nerve injuries.Methods Of 22 followed patients,anastomosis or neurolysis were conducted 2 hours to 8 months after hucklebone nerve injuries.The rehabilitation treatment were applied after operation.Result The patients were followed up 3 months to 5 years.The outcome was excellent in 10(45.45％ ),good in 5(22.72％ ),fair in 6(27.27％ )and bad in 1(4.54％ ).Conclusion The microsurgical treatment and rehabilitation treatment on hucklebone nerve injuries is an effective treatment.
