摘要
介绍了三辊式张力减径机的发展,以及张力减径机孔型设计的常用方法。根据幂函数减径率的张力减径机孔型设计理论与Φ168 mm PQF三辊连轧管机组张力减径机的特点,设计了一套适合该张力减径机使用的幂函数减径率张力减径机孔型。该孔型平衡了速度、温度等对张力减径机各组电机及减速箱的影响,特别是第2组电机的实际负载增加明显。
Elaborated in the paper are the development of the three-roll stretch reducing mill, and the commonly-used methods for roll pass design thereof. With the theory of pass design of power function reduction rate-based the stretch reducing mill, and the characteristics of the stretch reducing mill of the Ф168 mm PQF 3-roll mandrel mill plant, a package of roll passes of function reduction rate-based stretch reducing mill suitable for this stretch mill is designed. The pass package neutralizes the influence by the velocity and temperature on the groups of motors and gear boxes of the stretch reducing mill, and particularly, gets the actual loads of the No.2 group of motors and gear boxes remarkably increased.
