1例雏鸭坦布苏病毒病的诊断 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]分析雏鸭发病原因,为临床上诊断雏鸭坦布苏病毒病提供依据。[方法]通过对发病雏鸭进行疫情调查,将采集的病料进行病毒分离,对采集的病料和分离的鸡胚尿囊液进行RT-PCR鉴定。[结果]对病料和鸡胚尿囊液进行鸭坦布苏病毒RT-PCR检测结果均呈阳性。[结论]分离的病毒是鸭坦布苏病毒,此次雏鸭发病的原因是鸭坦布苏病毒感染。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to analyze the disease cause of ducklings and provide basis for diagnosing tembusu virus disease of ducklings in the clinic. [Method] Based on investigating the epidemic situation of diseased ducklings,the virus was isolated from the collected diseased materials. And RT-PCR was made on the collected diseased materials and the separated chicken embryo allantoic fluid. [ Result] The results of RT-PCR detection on duckling tembusu virus from diseased materials and chicken embryo allantoic fluid were positive. [ Conclusion] The isolated virus was duckling tembusu virus and the disease cause was the infection of duckling tembusu virus.
