摘要
目的对硅油填充术后白内障手术结果进行回顾性总结。方法行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入及取出硅油。结果经６－２０个月随访，２３例（２３只眼），术后视力≥ ０．１者１４眼（６０． ８７％），≥０．３者９眼（３９． １３％）。术中后囊破裂８只眼。结论硅油填充术后的白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术与同时取出硅油是一种较理想的方法。
Objective To make the retrospective studies on the result of cataract extraction after using silicone oil filling. Methods Extra - capsular extraction of cataract and intraocular lens implantation were conducted and silicone oil was removed. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 to 20 months. Of 23 eyes, 14 eyes (60. 87% ) had obtained postoperative visual acuity 0. 1; 9 eyes (39. 13% ) obtained the postoperative visual acuity 0. 3. In 8 eyes, posterior capsule was broken duling the operation. Conclusion Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation combined with silicone oil removal was a ideal approach for the silicone oil used in cataract cases.
