论小学数学教师素质结构优化的策略——基于《教师专业标准(试行)》的视角 被引量:4

摘要 作为公民的数学素养的重要培育者——数学教师的素质的重要性日益凸显。文章从教师素质结构分析入手,结合《小学教师专业标准(试行)》、《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》、数学学科的特点、小学教育实践的实际及小学数学教师素质结构的现状,从专业理念与师德、专业知识和专业能力等三个维度十个领域提出小学数学教师的素质结构特征,并进而从多角度阐述小学数学教师素质结构的优化策略。
