摘要
目的 :探讨脑活素治疗突发性耳聋疗效。方法 :选择 6 4例突发性耳聋的住院病人随机分为治疗组 (脑活素组 )和对照组 (常规治疗组 ) ,对照组应用高压氧疗法、扩张血管药物等 ,治疗组则在此基础上加用脑活素 2 0ml每日1次静滴 ,治疗前后多次行电测听检查 ,观察听力变化。结果 :两组治疗的总有效率分别为 90 .6 %和 6 8.7% ,经x2检验示疗效差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脑活素对于突发性耳聋有较好疗效 ,是治疗突发耳聋的有效药物之一。
Objective To study the curative effect of cerebroly for sudden hearign loss.Method Sixty-four in-pa-tients were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in the contrastive group were treatde with HBO, Vasodilator, etc. Cerebroly was added to the treated group. The changes of hearing were observed with electric response audiometry(ERA) before and after treatment. Results The general cure rate of the treated group (90.6%)was singnificantly higher than that of the control group (68.7%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Cerebroly has good curative effect on patients with sudden hearing loss and is one of the effective drugs for sudden hearing loss.
