摘要
报道建立高精度的工业测量 3维控制网 ,采用整网的全站仪联机作业以对批量的大型工业部件进行放样与检测的全过程。在精度、可靠性、工效以及毋须建立“放线”平台费用等方面本系统有明显的实用意义。所建系统较之国外的“3维测量系统”在速度、控制面积以及精度保证上亦有明显优点。
An industrial control network with high accuracy should be established for measurement and setting out of batch of industrial components. The operation with online Total Stations on observation pillars has the advantages over one on tripods in velocity, accuracy and reliability. The platform must not be build for setting out . An industrial control network with 8 reinforced concrete observation pillars has been established in the steel structure workshop of the Baoji Bridge Plant in Shaanxi province. The directions of each station were obtained with PowerSet Total Station (2″)made by Sokkia CO.LTD., Japan,observing 3 observation sets. The 4 sides in the network were observed with a 3m invar levering staff served as 'transverse baseline' and the Total Station. The network has the size of 6m x 18m, the average side of about 6m, and the determination accuracy of ±0.10 mm for horizontal positions and of ±0.05 mm for vertical positions have been obtained. The determination method of side was discussed, and evaluation of the accuracy of side was performed. The network has been successfully used to set out the components of the Yangtze River bridge in Wuhu city , Anhui province.
