摘要
研究了氧化钴矿石浸出液中Co、Ni和Cu的萃取分离 ,探讨了不同萃取剂对上述元素萃取的影响因素。浸取液用Lix984、三癸基甲基氯化铵和正辛酸分别萃取Cu、Co和Ni,萃取率分别为 99.4%、98.6%和 98.1 % ,适用于氧化矿石中Co。
A method for the separation of cobalt, nickel and copper from leaching solution of cobalt oxidized ore was developed. The factors influencing the separations were discussed when different extraction solvents were used. The results show that Lix 984 , tridecylmethylammonium chloride and n caprylic acid as the extraction solvents can effectively extract copper, cobalt and nickel with extraction ratios of 99.4%, 98.6%, and 98.1% respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the separation of cobalt, nickel and copper from leaching solution of cobalt oxidized ore with satisfactory results.
