摘要
采用凝胶色谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射、熔体流动速率仪等分析了自制的聚ε-己内酯的结构与性能。结果表明:所合成产物为聚ε-己内酯,相对分子质量为(5.6~12.5)×10^4,相对分子质量分布指数为1.61~2.23;聚ε-己内酯的熔点为56~64℃,相对分子质量越大,熔点越高;聚ε-己内酯结晶度可达59%;聚ε-己内酯的熔体流动指数为每10min0.5~6.5g,相对分子质量越大,熔体流动速率越小。
The structure and properties of a self-made poly ( ε-caprolactone) were analyzed with gel permeation chromatograph, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, differential scanning calorimeter, X-ray diffractometer and melt flow indexer. The results showed that the synthesis product was poly( ε -caprolactone) with the relative molecular mass of (5.6 - 12.5 ) × 10^4 and relative molecular mass distribution index of 1.61 -2.23; poly ( ε-caprolactone) possessed the crystallinity of 59% and the melting point increasing from 50 ℃ to 64℃ while increasing relative molecular mass; and the melt flow index of poly( ε -caprolactone) was decreased in the range of 0.5 -6.5 g/10 min with the increase of relative molecular mass.
