一种基于固态功率控制器的过流保护方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 在当前过流保护设计调研的基础上,介绍了一种自恢复保护功能器件(固态功率控制器)与熔断器配合的过流保护系统设计,并给出了两者之间的过流保护时序,根据时序要求提出了固态功率控制器与熔断器两者的过流保护参数整定方法。建立了固态功率控制器及熔断器的模型,在模型的基础上进行了仿真分析,并完成了试验验证,通过仿真分析、试验验证证明了此设计的正确性,可为后续各航天器型号过流保护设计提供参考。 This paper centers on the design of an over-current prevention device based on SSPC combined with fuse protector, and puts forward the time series of SSPC and fuse protector. Based on the time se- ries this paper sets up the method of setting prevention parameter. After building the model, the pro- posed concept is verified by analyzing the concept and by simulating.
