摘要
阐述了采用摄像头、计算机和LabVIEW软件开发麻花钻的几何角度测量系统。通过摄像、图像预处理、边缘检测以及图像测量得到麻花钻的几何角度。系统软件采用模块化设计,具有高可靠性、便于维护和易于扩展的特点,测量精度满足使用要求。
Geometric parameter measuring of twist drill is a necessary means to detect the results of grinding.
