摘要
以三甲氧基苯为原料 ,对主要中间体的合成工艺及后处理进行了改进 ,并采用次氯酸钠做氧化剂替代原工艺中的铁盐 ,解决了原工艺中产品铁盐难于符合标准而引起收率不稳的问题 ,总收率从原工艺的 1 6 %提高到2 7 7% (质量分数 ) ,产品质量比原工艺也有提高 .
Catalin was synthesized from trimethoxylbenzene. The synthesis technology of catalin was improved. Molysite oxidant was replaced with NaOCl in new technology. The problem was resolved that it is difficulty for molysites of products to reach the standard of quality in former technology. It is suitable for plant scale. The product yield rate was raised from 16% to 27.7%. [
