非均匀脆性材料EOI试验模拟中的动接触法 被引量:1

A dynamic contact method in the EOI test for heterogeneous brittle materials

摘要 基于动接触力二步法和有限元原理,从数值模拟角度揭示了碰撞接触-分离过程。本文首先通过建立两杆撞击模型,与ANSYS_LSDYNA结果对比分析,验证了该方法的可靠性;然后进一步基于细观线性行为可以反映宏观非线性行为的原理,根据材料内部应力状态进行损伤判断,成功模拟了EOI(Edge-On Impact test侧向撞击试验)的裂缝扩展过程。通过与前人的研究成果进行对比验证,肯定了该方法对于研究碰撞问题有较高的效率和可靠度,对于研究碰撞问题有较高的参考价值。 Based on dynamic contact force and FEM,the contact-separation process of collision was investigated.By building simulation model and comparing with ANSYS_LSDYNA,the reliability of this model can be verified.The EOI(Edge On Impact) test is further investigated.Compared with existing research results,the method can be suitable to the impact model such as EOI(Edge-On Impact) test.
