摘要
通过现场试验研究 ,证明浮选机内矿浆、矿化泡沫和空气三者的电导率具有显著差异 .根据测量浮选机内不同介质的电导率的原理 ,研究新型液位检测器 .检测器由多电极传感器、传感器电路及 80 31单片机组成 .该检测器能够测量浮选机内矿浆与矿化泡沫层的分界点、矿化泡沫层的厚度 .液位检测器可用于煤泥浮选的自动控制中 .
The development of a new pulp height monitor is discussed in this paper. The conductivity of pulp,froth and air in the floatation cells are obviously different through the research on the site. According to the principle that the different media have different conductivity, new pulp height monitor has been designed.This monitor consists of multi electrode sensor,sensor circuit and 8031 Single Chip Microco mputer. This monitor can determine the dividing line between the pulp and froth,the depth of froth in the floatation cell. The pulp monitor can be used in the automatic controlling of coal flotation.
