摘要
截割头的载荷是由煤岩抗截强度的多变性、切屑厚度的不均匀性以及截齿磨损程度的变化等诸多因素决定的随机过程 .目前对其计算还停留在构造简单煤层的确定型载荷上 ,这势必影响对掘进机截割性能的分析和深入研究 .通过分析 ,把截齿的载荷看作平稳随机过程 ,并利用瑞利分布和 χ2 分布分别建立了截齿在构造简单煤层和构造复杂煤层中截割的随机载荷模型 .在此基础上 ,确立了截割头的载荷模型及其模拟方法 ,并利用编制的计算机程序对截割头的随机载荷以及瞬时截割功率进行了模拟和分析 .
Loads on a cutting head are random processes which are determined by variability of anti cut strenth for coal and rock, uneven of grooving thickness and wearing exent of picks. Now, howerever the loads are still calculated according to difinite ones in the uncomplicated seam (in structure), which are sure to affect analyses and study in depth on cutting performance of roadheader. By analysing, forces on a pick are looked upon as even random processes in this paper, mathemetical models of the forces on uncomplicated and complicated seams are set up according to Rayleigh and χ 2 distributions respectivily . On the basis of them , load models and simulation program of the cutting head are given ,and the random loads and instantaneous cutting power are simulated and analysed.
