复合磷酸盐对Q235碳钢在3%NaCl溶液中缓蚀行为的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了三聚磷酸钠和苯乙烯膦酸钠及其复合后对Q235碳钢在3%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀性能。结果表明:苯乙烯膦酸钠为混合型缓蚀剂,对钢的阴、阳极腐蚀反应都有明显的抑制;磷酸盐复合盐对Q235碳钢有更好的缓蚀作用;2种磷酸盐在碳钢表面存在竞争性吸附,导致较小的协同效应,不利于保护膜的生成;两者浓度均为8 mmol/L时,缓蚀效率最大,可达82%。 The inhibition performance of sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium 1-phenylvinyl phosphate as well as their combination for Q235 carbon steel in 3% sodium chloride solution was investigated based on measurements of polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra.Results showed that sodium 1-phenylvinyl phosphate acted as a mixed type inhibitor and could significantly inhibit the cathode and anode reactions of the carbon steel;and the combination of the two kinds of phosphates exhibited better inhibition efficiency than single phosphate.In the meantime,the two kinds of phosphates underwent competitive adsorption on the surface of the carbon steel,which weakened the synergistic inhibition performance and retarded the formation of protective layers on steel surface.Particularly,the maximum inhibition efficiency(82%) of the combination was achieved at each inhibitor concentrations of 8 mmol / L.
