摘要
为改善长时间作业时操作人员的作业环境,降低劳动强度以及在人员不便接近的危险环境中装备能够正常使用,轮式挖壕挖坑机作业控制系统中集成了无线遥控功能。以研制的轮式挖壕挖坑机作业装置电控系统为实际工程背景,介绍了作业装置电控系统的总体构成、功能和工作原理。着重论述了车载核心控制单元的组成、工作流程及相关的可靠性设计,并对工作装置、转向装置、油门调节装置、换挡装置、制动装置等遥控执行部分设计进行了介绍。作业装置电控系统经试验考核主要参数和性能指标均满足设计和使用要求,遥控作业的可靠性得到了充分验证。
To improve the environment of long time work, reduce labor intensity and inconvenience when used in hazardous environments, the operating control system of wheeled hole and trench digging machine integrates wireless remote control function. The overall structure, functions and working principle of electric control system are introduced. The composition, workflow and reliability design of vehicle core control unit, and the design of remote control actuator of working device, steering, throttle adjustment device, shifting, braking devices are described, are presented.The test proves that the key parameters and performance index of the electronic control system can meet the design and use requirements, the reliability of the remote operation has been fully verified.
