Thermodynamic Research on the Cleaner Production of Titanium Oxide by Decomposing Ilmenite with NH_4OH Hydrothermal System

摘要 利用HSC6.0程序对NH4OH水热体系分解钛铁矿过程进行了热力学计算分析.结果表明,在400600K温度范围内,钛铁矿在NHtOH水热体系中的分解过程具有很强的反应趋势,其分解产物钛酸铵经水解、煅烧后可得高纯度TiO2,生产工艺优于现行的氯化法和硫酸法. The decomposition process of ilmenite in NH4OH hydrothermal system was investigated by thermodynamic calculation and the analysis has been done with the software HSC6.0. The results indicate that the new process exhibites strong reacting tendency at the temperature ranging from 400-600 K. After hydrolysis and calcination, the obtained product of ammonium titanate could be transformed to high purity titanium oxide. The present process of TiO2 production is superior to the traditional sulfate and chloride process.
