摘要
发展我国民办幼儿教育有其法律依据和重大意义。在市场经济和教育产业化运作背景下 ,适度均衡发展民办幼儿教育是符合我国国情的。我国民办幼儿教育在其发展过程中还存在一些尚待解决的问题 ,需要我们理清思路 ,采取有效的对策。
The development of private pre-school education has legal basis and momentous significance. Under the market economy and the industrial quality of education, the moderately balanced development of private pre-school education is up to the national conditions. There are some questions to be resolved, we should accept rational tactics.
