摘要
实施西部大开发战略 ,为大学生提供了施展才华的空间。如何在市场经济条件下吸引大学生去西部就业以迅速增加西部人才的总量 ,是西部开发中急需解决的问题。本文从大学生西部就业的紧迫性、可行性着手 ,提出了大学生西部就业的初步设想 :政策支持、积极引导、营造环境。
The large scale development of the western region will provide room for college graduates to display their prowess. But how will the west attract them so as to increase the number of its talents? This question needs to be settled immediately. Starting with the urgency and feasibility of the employment of college graduates in the west, this paper proposes a tentative idea concerning policy support, positive guidance, creation of a favorable environment and measures to be taken.
