摘要
目的 探讨房室平面位移(AVPD)评价左室舒张功能的价值;方法 分别用脉冲多普勒超声、组织多普勒成像(DTI)和M型超声在心尖四腔观检测198例患者。结果 AVPD与经二尖瓣口血流频谱曲线比较,以比值<1为标准,两者间的发生率有显著差异(P<0.025),以AVPD预测EP/AP<1的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为65.57％、94.4％和80.16％。AVPD、ES/AS与DTI、Ea/Aa之间无显著差异(P>0.9)。Es/As预测Ea/Aa<1的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为92.91％、90.0％和91.6％。结论 AVPD Es/Ea是评价左室舒张功能的一个有用的方法。
Purpose To evaluate left ventricular diastolic function by echocardiographic atrioventriculae plane displacement(AVPD) .Methods One hundred and niney eight subjects were examined by M - mode Echocardiography, Doppler Tissue imaging and AVPD in apical 4 chamber viem respectively. Results To comparison between the values of AVPD and PDE,Significance difference(P < 0.025) were found, when ratio is less than one EA/AA of AVPD identified Ep/Ap < 1 with sencitivities of 65.57 % , specificities ol 94.4 % and accuracy of 80.16 % . No significance difference (P > 0.9) can be found between the value of Ea/Aa in DTI and Es/As in AVPD. Es/As of AVPD identified Ea/Ad < 1 of DTI with sensitivities of 92.91 % , specificities of 90.0% and accurracy of 91.67% . Conclusion Es/As of AVPD appeal's to be a useful method in evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function.
