摘要
介绍了独联体国家跨国标准GOST 9454—1978《金属低温、室温和高温冲击弯曲试验方法》,并与我国现行的GB/T 229—2007《金属材料夏比摆锤冲击试验方法》进行了比较。从两标准的适用范围、试样要求、设备要求、试验过程及试验结果评定等主要技术要求方面的对比看,两者在试样的类型尺寸、操作程序及结果表示等方面存在较大差异,在实际应用时应予以注意。
The COST 9454--1978 Metals Test Method for Impact Bend at Lower, Ambient and Higher Temperatures＂ was introduced and compared with China national standard GB/T 229-2007. The technical key requirements of application scope, test specimen requirement, equipment requirement, test process and test results assessing for these two standards were analyzed. It was found that there are significant differences between them in specimen size, test procedure and test results expression, etc, which should be taken care in practical application.
