摘要
目的研究血细胞检测在临床中的应用及两种不同检测系统的差别。方法收集各科室门诊或住院患者的抗凝全血共56例,以此为样本进行研究,并使用日本Sysemex XT-1800i(A组)及美国的Coulter CD 1800(B组)两种不同的检测系统对采集标本进行检测,操作过程严格按照标本的规范进行,对研究结果进行统计对比及线性对比。结果每项指标双重检测结果的值经过线性处理后,充分显示出两种检测系统的良好线性关系,出现的偏差在可允许的范围内,可被临床接受。结论血细胞的各项检测指标结果在两种不同的检测方式中具有线性差异的可比性,同时所研究的数值均在临床可接受的偏差范围内。
Objective To study the application of blood cells detection clinically and the difference of two different detection system. Methods Anticoagulated whole blood of outpatient or hospitalization patients in 56 cases were col- lected,and they were selected as research sample,Sysemex XT-1800 i （the group A） in Japan and Coulter CD 1800 （the group B） in USA were used to detect sample collected,and operation process was in strict accordance with the standard of samples, research results were statistical compared and linear compared. Results The result of double de- tection results of each index of value were conducted with liner programming,and it fully demonstrated the good linear relationship between the two kinds of detection system,the deviation was in an allowable range, and it was acceptable clinically. Conciusion Various detection indicators has comparability of liner difference between the two Detection methods,at the same time,deviation range of the figure studided is clinically acceptable.
