垂体腺瘤p16纯和性缺失的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :探讨p16的纯合性缺失与垂体腺瘤发生和侵袭的关系。对象与方法 :临床MRI和病理证实的垂体腺瘤标本 40例 ,DNA提取后酶切 ,采用核酸杂交技术与同位素标记的p16cDNA探针进行杂交 ,放射自显影显示结果。结果 :p16纯和性缺失的病例 ,其MRI表现为侵袭性垂体腺瘤 ,而非侵袭性垂体腺瘤则未发现有纯和性缺失。结论 :垂体腺瘤的发生与p16的表达缺失有关 ,而p16基因的纯和性缺失是侵袭性垂体腺瘤的分子标志之一。
