摘要
人的生命活动离不开大自然的生长化收藏的变化,季节的不同变化对人生理、病理的影响是显而易见的。早在《内经》时代,人们已经认识到自然界的季节气候变化可引起许多疾病。类风湿性关节炎(RA),属中医"痹证"范畴,是一种自身免疫性疾病,其病因一直没有完全明确,对生存质量造成了严重的影响,越来越受到医学界的关注和重视。在临床中,常发现痹证患者会因为季节变化出现不同的症状,腰酸腿疼、关节肿痛等特点随着季节气候的变化出现加重表现。究其痹证的发病因素不外外感风、寒、湿、热之邪与正气不足两方面,然"邪之所凑,其气必虚",故正虚是痹证发生的根本因素。痹证多以关节肿痛不利为主症,而肾主骨生髓,故肾之亏虚为痹证正虚之首要病因。以中医"天人相应"理论为基础,对痹证肾虚型的发病与自然界的相关性作以论述。
Human being life activities can not leave from the nature changes, and the different season changes obvi- ously affect the human body physiology and pathology. As early as Neijing period, people had realized the season of na- ture climate change can cause many diseases. Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） belongs to the category of Bi Syndrome in tradi- tional Chinese medicine. It is a kind of autoimmune disease, and its etiology has not been fully understood, seriously af- fecting the quality of life and attracting more medical attention. In the clinical practice, we often find Bi Syndrome pa- tients appear different symptoms because of the seasonal change. The sour waist,leg pain and joint swelling pain are ag- gravated with as seasonal climate changes. The pathogenesis of Bi Syndrome is pathogenic wind, cold, damp, heat and vital Qi deificency, but the gathering together of evil is due to the vital Qi deficiency. The vital Qi is the fundamental fac- tor of Bi Syndrome. Joint swelling and pain disadvantage are the main symptoms of Bi Syndrome, and kidney mainly con- trois and produces bone and marrow, therefore the deficiency of the kidney for Bi Syndrome is the primary cause. Now ac- cording to the traditional Chinese medicine correspondence between human being and universe theory as the foundation, we discuss the correlation between pathogenes^s ot~ Bi Syndrome of kidney deficiency type and the nature.
