摘要
目的本研究主要就经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石患者的手术配合以及临床护理展开分析讨论。方法选择我院2011年12月至2012年12月所收治的76例泌尿系统结石患者作为研究对象,所有患者在入院后均给予经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石治疗。结果在本研究的所有患者中,有62例患者的结石一次性取净,10例患者的结石经2次手术后取净,4例患者的结石经3次手术后取净,有2例患者在治疗过程中出现了中毒性败血症的情况。所有患者在手术过程中均未进行输血治疗,且在术后未出现继发性出血的情况。结论经皮肾镜下钬激光碎石术具有术后恢复快、并发症少、出血量少、创伤小等优点,在临床治疗中值得大力推广并普及使用。
Objective This study mainly under the percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with surgery with analysis of discussions and clinical care. Methods Our hospital in December 2011- December 2011, 76 patients with urinary calculi were treated by as the research object, all of the patients in hospital were performed percutaneous nephroscope after holmium laser lithotripsy treatment. Results All patients in this study, 62 patients of calculi one-time get net, 10 cases of calculus after surgery 2 times the net, 4 cases of patients with calculi by 3 times take net after the surgery, 2 patients appeared in the process of treatment of sepsis. All of the patients are not for blood transfusion treatment during surgery, and without secondary bleeding after surgery. Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under percutaneous nephroscope has quick recovery, fewer complications, less blood loss, and the advantages of small trauma, is worth promoting in clinical treatment and its widespread use.
