摘要 脑小血管疾病（cerebralsmallvesseldisease．CSVD）是脑血管疾病中的一个重要类型．是老年人认知障碍（cognitiveimpairment）和功能缺失的首要原因，并与卒中、痴呆和增龄等病理生理改变密切相关。在西方国家中CSVD占所有缺血性卒中病因的25％左右．我国北京地区多所医院的协作研究表明．腔隙性梗死占所有缺血性卒中的46％[1]。
