不同成熟度对原烟外观等级质量及关键化学成分的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Different Maturity on Appearance Grade Quality and Key Chemical Components of Baked Tobacco Leaves

摘要 [目的]筛选优化清香型烟叶采收成熟度,提升清香型烟叶风格特征、品质特征及卷烟工业可用性。[方法]以云烟87品种烟叶为材料,设计烟叶4种成熟度档次处理(未熟、初熟、适熟、过熟),分析不同成熟度对原烟外观等级质量及关键化学成分的影响。[结果]试验表明,烟叶适熟采收,烤后烟叶外观质量中,成熟度、颜色、光泽、油份、厚度、叶片结构等指标较好;等级质量中,上等烟比例、中上等烟比例、均价较高;化学成分中,淀粉、总糖、还原糖较协调。烟叶初熟采收,外观等级质量及关键化学成本协调性均次之。烟叶未熟采收、过熟采收,外观等级质量及关键化学成本协调性均较差。[结论]云烟87品种烟叶适宜采收的成熟度档次是适熟烟叶,其次为初熟烟叶,不宜采收未熟烟叶和过熟烟叶。 [Objective] To choose and optimize the mature of mild-flavour tobacco,improve style characteristic,quality characteristics of tobacco and industrial availability.[Method] With Yunyan 97 as material,four different matures (immature,firsffruits,ripe,overripe)were set to study their effects on appearance grade quality and key chemical components of flue-cured tobacco.[Result] The results showed that with the ripe tobacco leaves,the appearance quality,mature,colour,luster,oil content,thickness and structure of flue-cured tobacco leaves were better; grade quality,proportion of upper grade tobacco leaves,proportion of tobacco leaves with middle and first rank and average price were higher; the chemical composition such as starch,total sugar and reducing sugar were coordinated.The firstfruit tobacco leaves were the second.The immature and overripe tobacco leaves were poor.[Conclusion] Ripe tobacco leaf of Yunyan 87 is the best,the firstfruit tobacco leaf takes the second place,the immature and overripe tobacco leaf should not be harvested.
