As food raw material supply base and food consumption big market,rural food quality is closely related to the health and safety of thousands of households.Food safety problems occur frequently in rural areas,which is a combined result of economic,moral,social,legislation and supervision.Quality levee construction of rural food security relies on the constraint of morality and economic,the publicity of food safety knowledge and the effective implementation of supervision system.
