摘要
目的 研究老年髋部骨折患者的围术期护理方法和护理效果.方法 选取51例老年髋骨骨折患者,对患者进行术前健康状况评估及心理护理,加强对患者术后观察和基础护理,指导患者进行康复训练.结果 51例老年髋骨骨折患者均顺利度过术后康复期,无不良状况发生.结论 对老年髋骨骨折患者围术期进行护理可以缩短患者治疗周期,加快肢体恢复速度,有效提高患者生存质量.
Objective To study the method and effect of perioperative nursing care in patients with elderly hip fracture. Method 51 cases of elderly hip fracture received preoperative health status assessmentand psychological care, postoperative strengthened observation and nursing, and rehabilitation training guide. Result 51 cases of elderly hip fracture successfully lived through postoperative rehabilitation period, without adverse reaction. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care of elderly hip fracture can shorten patients＇ treatment period, accelerate the speed of recovery of limbs, improve the life quality.
