摘要
本文报道了我国西北两种资源植物提取物“JA1”和“JO1”的试验结果:1.对肝癌(Hep)瘤株的抑制率分别为42.9％和38.8％;2.对果蝇的寿命延长率为104.2％和116.6％;3.有明显的镇痛作用。说明这两种提取物是医药和保健的良好材料,应尽快加以开发。
Two extracts, JA1 and JO1, from resource plants in northwestern China have been studied on mice and fruit flies respectively to determine their antineoplastie and life prolongation activities.The results obtained indicated that the two extracts both could inhibit the growth of Hep strain in mice (the Hep inhibition rate was 42.9% and 38.8%, respectively) and prolongate tile life time of fruit flies (the life prolongation rate was 104.2% and 116.s%, respectively). An obvious analgesic effect by JA1 and JO1 was also found. It is suggested that the JA1 and JO1 be extensively exnloited for medical use.
