摘要
早老素-1(PS-1)基因的发现是继APP基因之后在阿尔茨海默病(AD)分子生物学研究领域取得的巨大进展,本文就PS-1基因的分子结构、PS-1基因突变、多态分布及其对AD的致病机理予以综述。
It was great progress that presenilin -1 gene was found in the molecular field of Alzheimer's disease research after APP gene was found. The article reviews the molecular structure, mutations, polymorphism and pathogenesis of presenilin-1 in Alzheimer's disease.
