摘要
应用自体骨镶嵌人工股骨头置换术治疗严重骨质疏松型股骨颈骨折 2 3例 (男 9例 ,女 14例 ,年龄 5 8～ 82岁 ) ,其中新鲜骨折 17例 ,陈旧性骨折 6例。随访 1～ 13年 ,平均 2年 9个月。按荣国威等人工股骨头置换术后功能评价标准 ,本组优 8例 ,良 14例 ,可 1例 ,优良率为 95 .6 %。认为自体骨镶嵌人工股骨头置换治疗严重骨质疏松型股骨颈骨折操作简便 ,取材容易 ,不存在异物反应 。
There were 23 cases in the type of severe osteoporosis femoral neck fractures were treated by impaction with autograft(there were 9 males and 14 females,the patients were aged 58 82 years) All of them,17 were fresh fracture,6 were old fracture The average follow up time was 2 years and 9 months(range,1 13 years) According to the criterion of Rong Gouwei,there are 8 excellent and fine case(95 6%) The results indicate it is an easy method with simple material,without foreign body reaction and low rate of complications
