摘要
常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤可以采用局部注射药物治疗。由于人们对美容要求的不断提升和减少全身系统化疗的不良反应的需求,目前,对于部分皮肤恶性肿瘤,其外科手术不再是唯一的治疗方法。近年来,局部注射药物治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤已受到临床医生的高度关注。该文主要论述局部注射药物治疗基底细胞癌、皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤的适应证、禁忌证、临床疗效和不良反应。
Common cutaneous malignancies can be treated by intralesional agents. For the increasing requirements for the cosmetic outcome and the minimized side effects, surgery or systemic chemotherapy is no longer the preferred method in the treatment of some cutaneous malignancies. In recent years, local injection therapy of cutaneous malignancies has been highly concerned by clinicians. In this review, the indications, contraindications, clinical efifcacy and adverse reactions regarding the using of local injection therapy of basal cell carcinoma, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma are mainly discussed.
