摘要
如何提高难溶性药物溶出度已成为药剂学研究的重点.本文就近年来应用较广泛的固体分散体、包合物、固体脂质纳米粒、微粉化等技术和Potential of hydrogen(pH)调节剂、增溶剂的使用方法对提高难溶性药物溶出度的进展作一综述.
How to increase the dissolution rate of poorly-soluble drugs have already been a question. This presentation reviews the techniques of increase the dissolution rate of poorly-soluble drugs such as solid dispersion, inclusion complex, solid lipid nanoparticles, micronization and other methods such as how to use PH modifier, solubilizer.
