摘要
目的探讨中西医结合方法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法选取该院接收的非酒精性脂肪肝患者90例为对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,进行回顾性分析。对照组采用西医治疗方法,观察组采用中西医结合治疗方法。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ALT、AST、TC、TG等生化指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合方法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of integrative medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 90 cases of nonalco- holic fatty liver disease patients were selected as the subjects and analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into obser- vation group and control group randomly, and each group had 45 patients. The control group was treated with western medicine while the observation group was treated with integrative medicine. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%, while that of the control group was 80.00%. The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）, And the improvement of ALT, AST, TC, TG biochemical indicators was better than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of integrative medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is significant and it is worthy of clinical application.
