摘要
为了解决铅酸蓄电池在其使用过程中充放电的不可逆过程和大量人为不正确操作使电池使用寿命严重影响且蓄电池同时变得危险的问题。该课题是由核心芯片Cotex-M3及其外围电路构成,其完成整个系统的监测与控制任务。电压、电流监测电路由Cotex-M3的片内AD和必要的外围信号采集电路构成。温度监测采用DALLS的DS18B20完成,它采用单总线协议与微控制器进行通讯,针对蓄电池具有综合解决方案的一体化充电管理与修复设备。
In order to solve irreversible process of the lead-acid battery charge and discharge and lots of misuse lead to the battery life se- riously declined, reducing the risk of battery. This project uses Cotex-M3 as core chip and by adding peripheral circuits, to complete the bat- tery system monitoring and control tasks. Voltage and current monitoring circuit is consists by AD in the Cotex-M3 chip and the necessary peripheral signal acquisition circuit. Temperature monitoring uses the DS18B20 in DALLS, which uses a single-bus protocol to communicate with microcontroller. DS18B20 also integrate charge management of integrated solutions and repair equipment for battery.
