摘要
对1997年～1999年6月24例机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭出现的合并症进行分析。结果:治愈14例,好转1例,自动出院4例,死亡5例。出现合并症11例共15例次,其中肺不张2例,肺气漏1例,脱管和过度通气各3例,机械通气相关肺炎(VAP)6例,这6例在呼吸机治疗48小时后气道分泌物细菌培养阳性。提示要及时防治机械通气合并症,以提高治愈率。
To raise the survival rate of neonates with mechanical ventilation, the complications were analyzed in 24 neonates who suffered from respiratory failure and treated by mechanical ventilation during 1997-1999. The results showed that 11 cases were complicated by 15 kinds of complications including atelectasis 2 cases, emphysema 3 cases, bilateral pneu-mothorax 1 case, accidental extubation 3 cases and ventilation associated pneumonia 6 cases that the bacteria culture of the airway aspirate was positive at 48 hours after mechanical ventilation. 14 cases were cured successfully, one case improved and 5 cases died. It is suggested that it is necessary to control the complications in time, the cure rate can be expected to increase advanced in the neonates with mechanical ventilation.
