摘要
目的:观察山楂降脂丸合耳穴压豆法治疗脂肪性肝病后彩色多普勒超声图像变化情况。方法:对199例门诊脂肪性肝病患者采取中药山楂降脂丸合耳穴压豆法治疗,对治疗前后彩色多普勒超声图像变化加以对比分析。结果:治疗前后彩色多普勒超声图像比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率为92.08%。结论:山楂降脂丸合耳穴压豆法治疗脂肪性肝病疗效显著;彩色多普勒超声对诊断、监测脂肪性肝病及其变化具有无创、简便易行的优点。
Objective： To explore the changes of color Doppler ultrasonography before and after treating fatty liver disease with ShanZha JiangZhiWan and ear acupoint bean-pressing method. Method： All 199 patients were administered with ShonZha JiangZhiWan and ear acupoint bean-pressing method, and the changes of color Doppler ultrasonography before and after treating were analyzed and compared. Result： The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of color Doppler ultrasonography between before and after treating （P〈 0.05）, total effective rate was 92.08%. Conclusion： Therapeutic effects ofShanZha JiangZhiWan and ear acupoint bean-pressing method in treating fatty liver disease are notable; color Doppler ultrasonography is a non-invasive, simple and feasible method for diagnosis and monitor of fatty liver disease and the changes.
