摘要
目的:探讨如何通过双黄连雾化吸入治疗与护理干预减少气管插管全麻病人术后呼吸道症状并观察其临床疗效。方法:将103例全麻插管术后患者随机分治疗组78例、对照组25例,对照组常规治疗,并予西医常规护理;治疗组除常规治疗外兼以双黄连雾化治疗,并予中西医结合护理。结果:治疗后治疗组呼吸道症状和体征明显减轻,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为94.9%,对照组为84.0%,2组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双黄连超声雾化吸入加中西医结合护理干预简单易行,效果优于常规治疗及西医常规护理。
Objective： To explore ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of ShuangHuangLian and nursing intervention for improving postoperative respiratory symptoms of the patients with anesthesia and incubation, and observe therapeutic effects of the treatment. Method： All 103 patients were randomized into 78 cases of the treatment group and 25 cases of the control group. The control group accepted routine treatment and conventional nursing of Western medicine; the treatment group routine treatment, atomizing inhalation of ShuangHuangLian and nursing of integrative Chinese and Western medicine. Result： Respiratory symptoms and body signs of the treatment group were relieved obviously after treating, the difference had statistical meaning compared with the control group （P〈0.05）; total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.9%, higher than 84.0% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ultrasonic atomizing inhalation of ShuangHuangLion and nursing intervention of integrative Chinese and Western medicine are simple and feasible, therapeutic effects are better than the effects of routine treatment and conventional nursing of Western medicine.
