摘要
对针灸推拿专业本科生实施临床师带徒过程进行思考,分析其中的优点和存在的不足。指出只有克服和改正诸如教学大纲不完善、教学进度表不详尽、学生临床时间太少、考核办法不系统、没有相应的培训等不足,才能使之更好地为促进教学和提高教学质量服务。
The advantages and disadvantages of clinical apprenticeship adopted for the undergraduate in the major of acupuncture and massage were analyzed by thinking. We could only develop the advantages, correct the disadvantages such as incomplete teaching program, inelaborate syllabus, little time for students, inefficient examination and lack of corresponding training, so that the system could better serve for promoting the teaching and improving teaching quality.
